Attire: Semi-formal and Cocktail Dress
Valley View Farm is an operating farm, including horses and an electrified fence. The outdoor patio contains open fire-pits and the interior barn and reception area are temperature controlled and equipped with ADA Accessible restrooms.
2:45 PM–3:15 PM
Shuttles to Venue
Shuttles will be provided to pick-up guests from both the Hotel Northampton and the Hampton Inn Hadley.
3:30 PM–4:00 PM
Arrival
For guests who arrive early, please enjoy the Muse Cider Bar for a tasting of house hard ciders while you meet and catch up with friends and family prior to the ceremony.
4:00 PM–4:30 PM
Ceremony
From the cider bar you will be escorted up the hill to our ceremony space. Don't worry about sides as we are all here to celebrate both the bride and groom.
4:30 PM–5:30 PM
Cocktail Hour
We're married! And to celebrate please head to the outdoor patio space for some of our signature cocktails, lawn-games, and be sure to check out our photobooth, take some pictures, and leave us your best wishes in our guestbook.
5:30 PM–10:00 PM
Reception & Dinner
Now it's time to celebrate! Please find your table, enjoy your preselected plated meals, a sparkling cider toast, the full bar service, and be ready to dance the night away!
9:30 PM–9:45 AM
First Return Shuttles
A shuttle will arrive to return guests to both the Hotel Northampton and the Hampton Inn Hadley who wish to leave the event early.
10:00 PM–11:00 PM
End of the Night Power Hour
For the final hour of this amazing night, we will be blasting our favorite songs. Be ready for some heavy tunes from the alternative side!
